Service Description

High in the hills of Italy, Tuscany is known for its simple and refined flavors for good reason. Students learn some of the ingredients, techniques, and spirit of Tuscan cooking as they enjoy authentic dishes from the region. Boungiorno! MENU: Asiago White Bean Dip with Focaccia; Arugula Salad with Fig Balsamic and Walnuts; Crispy Garlic Rosemary Potatoes, Florentine Steak; and Lemon Olive Oil Cake. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
