Unlock the secrets of classic French pastry in this 2-day hands-on workshop focused on croissants and puff pastry! You’ll learn the art of laminated dough—layering butter into dough to create delicate, flaky pastries. From buttery croissants to crisp, golden puff pastry treats, this workshop will teach you the techniques to perfect these beloved baked goods at home. Over two days, our expert chef will guide you through mixing, laminating, shaping, and baking, ensuring you leave with the skills and confidence to create professional-quality pastries from scratch! Day 1: All Butter Croissant Dough, Full Puff Pastry (dough, butter blocks, lamination, forming, proofing) Day 2: Rolling, Forming, Filling, Baking MENU: Classic Croissants, Pain au Chocolat, Puff Pastry Vol au Vents, Palmiers Menu contains wheat, milk, egg, soy (menu cannot be made wheat or milk free) Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
