You’ll learn to craft traditional dishes using authentic techniques and spices that define this beloved cuisine. Experience the true Sabor Peruano as you cook and savor Peru’s most iconic flavors. MENU: Ceviche (marinated seafood), Lomo Saltado (stirfied beef with aji amarillo, french fries and rice), Suspiró a la limeña (caramel pudding with port meringue) Menu contains fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, milk, egg, alcohol **menu can be adapted for a gluten-free diet WITH ADVANCE NOTICE VIA EMAIL** Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
