Step into a charming Parisian bistro without leaving town! In this elegant hands-on class, you'll create a menu inspired by the flavors of spring in France. Learn to balance rich and delicate flavors, master classic French techniques, and bring a touch of bistro sophistication to your home cooking. To finish, indulge in a timeless French dessert that will impress any guest. Bon appétit! MENU: Roasted Vegetable and Chevre Tart; Pear, Walnut & Bleu Cheese Salad; Herb Butter Pommes Puree; Sauteed Chicken with Lemon Tarragon Cream Sauce; Profiteroles with Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
