Calling all young foodies! This hands-on summer camp is perfect for budding chefs who love to cook, explore new flavors, and get creative in the kitchen. Each day, we’ll take a delicious trip around the world, making kid-friendly versions of classic dishes from Greece, France, Mexico, America, and Italy! Campers will practice essential cooking skills, learn fun techniques, and, of course, enjoy the delicious results of their hard work. Day 1 - Greek Day: Homemade Hummus; Tzatziki; Fluffy Pitas, Beef Gyro Kabobs; Baklava Day 2 - French Day: Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese Croutons; Pommes Puree (mashed potatoes); Chicken Cordon Bleu (ham and cheese stuffed chicken); Eclairs Day 3 - Taco Day: Arepas con Queso; Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Pork Tacos; Churros with Chocolate Dipping Sauce Day 4 - American Picnic Day: Pigs in a Blanket with Ranch Dressing; Loaded Baked Potato Salad; BBQ Roasted Chicken; Strawberry Shortcake Day 5 - Italian Day: Marinara Sauce, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Garlic Bread; Strawberry Cheesecake Menu contains: wheat, milk, egg, tree nuts, sesame, pork, meat Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
