You and your fellow cooks will roll, toss, and wrap your way through a hands-on menu that highlights the best of Thai cuisine. From crisp summer rolls to tangy larb lettuce cups and savory shrimp pad Thai, every dish is bursting with bold flavors and interactive fun. End on a sweet note with a beloved classic: sticky rice with mango. Come ready to cook, taste, and spice things up! MENU: Summer Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce; Larb Chicken Lettuce Cups; Thai Salad with Peanut Dressing; Shrimp Pad Thai; Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango. Cancellation Policy

1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
