Young foodies, get ready for a global culinary adventure! In this hands-on summer camp, we’ll explore flavors from around the world, recreating dishes inspired by famous restaurants and cafés. Each day, campers will sharpen their cooking skills while preparing delicious meals from different cultures. From crafting homemade pasta to perfecting the art of the empanada, this camp is designed to build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of cooking! Day 1 French Cafe: Cheese and French Onion Tart, Greens with Vinaigrette; Mashed Potatoes; Chicken Cordon Bleu, Eclairs Day 2 Southeast Asian Cafe – Tropical Summer Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce, Pineapple Fried Rice, Sweet & Sour Chicken; Polynesian Pineapple Parfaits Day 3 – Middle Eastern Restaurant: Creamy Hummus with Pita Chips; Couscous Salad; Kefta (Beef) Skewers and Laffa Bread; Baklava Cups Day 4 – South American Restaurant – Arepas con Queso; Arroz Con Coco (rice with Coconut); Pork Mojo Tacos; Sweet Empanadas Day 5 – Italian Trattoria – Caesar Salad; Garlic Bread; Spaghetti and Meatballs, Strawberry Cheesecake Menu contains: wheat, milk, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, fish, meat, pork Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
